Car suction pumps are used to transport coal, slag and other bulk materials in hydraulic mines and concentration plants, in quarries and mines, in cement and sugar factories, etc.
Car suction pumps are used in underground workings of mines and their surface structures hazardous to mine gas and / or combustible dust. Units are equipped with electric motors in explosion-proof execution 2AIU225-355.
Type of climatic modification – UHL, placement category – 4 according to GOST 15150.
Car suction pumps pump chemically neutral water-coal slurries:
– with sizes of mechanical particles from 20 mm to 100 mm, depending on the size;
– with a ratio of solid and liquid phases by mass of not more than T: W = 1: 3;
– with a rock content in the solid phase of up to 40%;
– with a temperature from +1 to + 50 ° С.
Pumps should not be used for pumping flammable or flammable liquids.
Pumps and units are related to products of type B (recoverable) in accordance with GOST 27.003.
