Figure 1 – Dimensions of chains

Round link chains consist of elongated oval shaped links made of a steel bar of circular cross section. The bar is electrically welded with one or two joints. are made according to TU.U 12.44.10.015-94 strength classes “8” and “C” (table 1)

14 to 34 mm from alloyed and highly alloyed steel grades using heat treatment. The technology and equipment used in the manufacturing process allow obtaining guaranteed strength characteristics and high accuracy of geometric parameters.

They are used as traction bodies for coal combines, plows and mine conveyors, as well as in other mechanisms where high demands are placed on the performance of valuable devices.

They are produced according to TU.U 12.44.10.015-94 strength classes “8” and “C” (Table 1) meet the basic requirements of DIN 22252 for classes “I” and “2” (Table 2), calibres from 14 to 34 mm from alloyed and high alloyed steels using heat treatment. The technology and equipment used in the manufacturing process allow obtaining guaranteed strength characteristics and high accuracy of geometric parameters.
